The contact form on this website is a general inquiry form and is not a HIPAA-compliant communication channel. Please do not submit sensitive health information through this form. All clinical communication, scheduling, and intake takes place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal. If you contact the practice by email, please do not include health information.

Third-Party Services
This website uses Google Fonts for typography. Google may collect limited data in accordance with their own privacy policy. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party service; submissions are transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers before being forwarded to this practice. The contact form intentionally collects only your name, email address, and service interest — no health information, symptoms, or clinical details — so that no protected health information (PHI) passes through Formspree. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io. Clinical services are delivered through HIPAA-compliant platforms with signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because this website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals, and it does not allow third parties to track you across websites for advertising.
